Madhuri Dixit

MadhuriMadhuri dixit was an Indian actress, who is famous for her performances in the films 'Beta' Saajan' and 'Hum Hain Koun' . Her career began in the 1980s. Her fame was boosted by her role as a support actor in the movie Tezaab. Next, she appeared in the film "Dil" in which she shared screen space alongside Aamir Khan. Born into a middle-class family in Mumbai the city, she began to study dance at an early age. She attempted acting when she was a teenager and it was not easy. Many of her early films ended in failure. Then she found success and eventually became one of the most prominent actresses within the Indian film industry. She stopped her career following her marriage and then returned to the entertainment business. In the past, she was an important role in the film 'Gulaab Gang", which was about the struggle of women in India. Dixit was nominated for 15 Filmfare Awards. She won eight. Dixit was also awarded the Padma Shri (the fourth highest civilian award in India). She is well-known for her work in the field of social service as well.
